BhelPuri have a strong connection with the beaches of Mumbai as local people love to crunching on it while walking on the beach. It has puffed rice, sev, cleaved onions, potato, papdis, and is covered in chutney. The spongy sweet freshness of the bhelpuri makes it enjoying the shoreline sunset all worth it.
2. DAHI VADA
The origin of this chaat is unknown as the dahi vada has its presence as Dahi Bhalla(Punjab), Doi Bora (Bengal), Thayir Vadai (Tamil Nadu), Mosare Vada (Karnataka) and Perugu Vade (Telangana). Everyone loves this chaat as it has some tangy chutneys and soft vada makes it delicious.
3. SEV PURI
Sev Puri has similar stuffing as Dahi Puri. Papdis are placed on a plate after which mashed potatoes are set on top took after by dahi, chutney and sev. It’s a layering-like procedure and the final result is ddelicious in taste.
4. DAHI PURI
Pani puris are stufefd with a blend of pounded potato and chickpeas. Just sprinkled over with dahi, chutney and sev. It shows the proof of Mumbai’s innovativeness with adaptable nourishments like gol gappa.
5. AALOO CHAAT
Aaloo Chaat is very famous street food in delhi and all over the North India. It has some half boiled fried potatoes mixed with chana,sev,chooped onion and tomatoes. And in the some spinch of Chaat masala on it makes it extra tasty and tangy.
6. PAPDI CHAAT
Papdi Chaat made from a blend of papdi, dahi, slashed potatoes, onions, chutney and garnished with coriander leaves, this chaat has its inceptions in the Mughal court and is well known all over northern India today.
7. SAMOSA CHAAT

8. BASKET CHAAT
Basket Chaat or Katori Chaat as it name suggest,it comes in a small basket size shape. with stuffing of chana, mung, and mashed potatoes. It will taste delicious with curd and some tamrind chutney sprinkled on it. The baskets are made with maida.
9. RAGDA PATTIES
This Mumbaia snack comprises of an aloo tikki that is secured with a dal made using white chickpeas known as “ragda”. Obviously, what makes it awesome is a usage of chutney and sev with some chaat masala.
10. AALOO TIKKI CHAAT
The Aaloo Tikki has a patty made using pureed potatoes that is covered with dahi and chutney and sprinkled with sev. Its origin are in northern India.
